Die ganze Welt wird von einer Pandemie unterdrückt ... die ganze Welt?
NEIN!
Eine unbeugsame Gruppe rund um den Linux-Presentation-Day [LPD], läßt sich nicht unterkriegen weiter Bildung und Freiheit in die Gesellschaft zu bringen.
Rund um den Stichtag im November wird es trotz aller Schwierigkeiten Veranstaltungen geben.
Diese werden überwiegend Online stattfinden, das heißt in Video-Chats oder -Konferenzen abgehalten werden.
Um teilzunehmen reicht eine Internetverbindung, ein Browser, und vielleicht noch ein Mikrofon um Fragen zu stellen. Letzteres funktioniert auch immer im Text-Chat ohne Mikrofon. Also ein Laptop oder ein Handy bringen eigentlich schon alles mit was es braucht.
Da die Situation für alle sehr dynamisch ist, empfiehlt es sich, die Termine im Auge zu behalten und sich ggf. mit den Veranstaltern abzustimmen.

The whole world is oppressed by a pandemic ... the whole world?
NO!
An indomitable group around the Linux Presentation Day [LPD], is not letting itself get down to bringing education and freedom into society.
Around the deadline in November there will be events despite all difficulties.
Most of them will take place online, i.e. in video chats or conferences.
All you need to participate is an Internet connection, a browser, and perhaps a microphone to ask questions. The latter always works in text chat without a microphone. So a laptop or a cell phone already has everything it needs.
Since the situation is very dynamic for everyone, it is advisable to keep an eye on the dates and to coordinate with the organizers if necessary.
